Hello,

I’m Collier Daniels-Hall, founder of Just Right OT. I’m a board certified and licensed occupational therapist, with extensive experience in pediatrics and focus in early childhood.

I have worked across all pediatrics settings but found my passion working in school based therapy and outpatient settings. This allows me to speak the language of both medical and educational systems. I believe in collaboration, working together with families and school teams to bridge the gap to support success across settings.

I believe growth doesn’t always look linear. It doesn’t always fit neatly into systems, timelines, or check boxes. Just Right OT was created to amplify the child’s voice, to support their challenges without overwhelming them, and to create safe space to build confidence. I believe every child deserves to be seen, supported and celebrated. Not just for where they’re going, but for who they are right now.

Outside of work, I’m just a mom to an energetic little boy. I love working in my garden, reading and spending quality time with my husband, son and dog. I would spend all my time outside if I could!
